The island has commemorated both Liberation Day and the Royal Guernsey Light Infantry.
The monument will serve as a tribute to all those who served at sea during the world wars.
It lists about 900 volunteers from north-east England who signed up to serve in the war in 1915.
The Ministry of Defence say the men were killed in Ypres, Belgium, in April 1915.
The soldiers, from Horsham and Worthing, were identified by research at the Ministry of Defence.
The soldiers travelled to Wiltshire on the eve of Anzac Day to help volunteers restore the chalk flag carving.
