Man charged with murder after body found in flat
BBCA man is due to appear in court charged with the murder of a woman at a block of flats in Leeds.
Tracy Davenport, 58, was found with fatal injuries inside Cottingley Towers at about 23:40 BST on Friday, and is believed to have died at the scene.
Colin Mann, 52, whose address is also at the flats, was arrested on Saturday and kept in custody ahead of his appearance at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Monday.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said inquiries around the incident were ongoing. They previously confirmed they were not looking for any other suspect.
Temporary Det Ch Insp Eleanor Buchanan said on Saturday: "Incidents such as this rightly cause concern among communities and I want to assure residents all necessary resources are being used to investigate what took place."
The woman's family was being supported by specialist officers, the force added.
