Videos circulating on social media showed confrontations between fans on Lichfield Street after the home team beat Stoke City at Molineux Stadium on 29 August.
Michael Mason, 64, from Birmingham, Steven Price, 54, from Wolverhampton, Luke Fox, 37, from Willenhall and Carl Abbott, 55, were all charged with a public order offence.
Mason was also charged with obstructing and assaulting a police officer, West Midlands Police said.
They have all been released on bail to appear at Dudley Magistrates' Court next month, with conditions stopping them going to football matches and being in the city centre.
