Two men have been charged after a woman was raped in a lane in Glasgow.

The attack happened near Clyde Place, just south of the River Clyde, at about 01:00 on Sunday 31 May.

A 19-year-old has been charged with rape while a second man, aged 20, has been charged with assault.

Both appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court earlier and made no plea. The 19-year-old was remanded in custody while the 20-year-old was granted bail.

Another two men were arrested and released without charge.
