Crew member needs medical help after turbulence

A flight to Jersey had to return to Glasgow because a member of the crew needed medical help after a period of turbulence.

A spokesperson for EasyJet said the crew member had required medical assistance following some turbulence on flight EZY439 shortly after take off on Sunday.

They said all passengers had been seated with their seat belts on.

The crew member was met by a medical team on the ground and the customers were provided with a flight to Jersey later in the day, the spokesperson added, before offering an apology for any inconvenience caused.
