A second man is set to face trial after denying murdering a man in a shooting more than six years ago.

Hemawand Ali Hussain was found dead in a derelict house on Charterhouse Street, Hartlepool, on 14 September 2019.

Armando Marku, 26, has now joined Sajmir Dodoveci, 40, in denying murder, with both appearing at Teesside Crown Court on Monday.

A trial is due to be held in June and both men, who were assisted in court by Albanian interpreters, were remanded in custody.
