Man faces rape and sexual assault charges

A man is due to appear before magistrates charged with two counts of rape and one of sexual assault.

Amr Karim, 20, was arrested last week by officers investigating an incident reported at a property in Manor Park, Guildford, Surrey, on 28 June.

Karim, who has been living in London, is due before magistrates in Guildford on Monday.

Surrey Police said Karim was an Egyptian national. This information has been released by the police consistent with national guidelines.
