Man charged with murder after body found

Northamptonshire Police believes the dead man died days before his body was found in the village near Kettering

A man has been charged with murder following the death of a man whose body was found in a property.

The body of Christopher Streather, 51, was discovered at an address on High Street in Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire, on Wednesday afternoon.

Police believed the victim died several days before he was found.

Philip Moore, 43, of Nene Road, Burton Latimer, has been charged with murder and is due to appear before magistrates in Northampton.

Two other men, aged 48 and 54, who were also arrested on suspicion of murder, have been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
