Solihull goalkeeper Max Metcalfe conceded a stoppage-time own goal as Aldershot snatched all three points in a 2-1 victory at Damson Park.

Ben Wodskou missed a penalty in the 23rd minute, but he opened his Solihull account following his summer arrival from Birmingham by hitting the target on the stroke of half-time.

It was not to last, however, as Brody Peart hit back in the 73rd minute with a low shot which found the bottom left corner for the visitors.

Moors, who are the only team in the Enterprise National League not to win this season, saw their hopes of a point get dashed in the third minute of stoppage time when Metcalfe could not deal with a Jordan Alves corner.
