This evening will see heavy sleet and hill snow, with winds increasing to bring strong gales in places. The sleet and snow will clear overnight, leaving it drier and clearer. Winds easing a little.

Tomorrow will see winds pick up to bring gales in places. Cloud will build back in, bringing spells of rain and hill snow. This will break up to sunny breaks and showers later on, some thundery.
Outlook for Monday to Wednesday
Easing winds early on Monday morning which will see plenty of sunshine. Areas of cloud will develop in the afternoon as brisk southerly winds develop, strong on the coasts. Tuesday will be milder and sunny but breezy with a risk of the odd thundery shower in the afternoon. Wednesday looks to remain breezy with variable cloud cover, and the odd shower in the evening.
