Wycombe Wanderers winger Fred Onyedinma has signed a new contract with the League One club.

The 29-year-old was offered a new deal ahead of his previous one expiring this summer after scoring 10 goals in 48 appearances last season.

It led to him being named as both Supporters' and Players' player of the season.

Onyedinma had loan spells at Adams Park in 2014-15 and 2018-19 before joining the club for the first time on a permanent deal.

He played 56 league games before leaving for Luton Town in 2021 but rejoined the Chairboys two summers ago.

Wycombe will start the new season with a home EFL Cup game against Stevenage on 8 August, a week before beginning their league campaign away to Blackpool.

The length of Onyedinma's new deal has not been disclosed.
