SCORING SYSTEM ERROR

We have discovered that an error in the scoring system of the mobile ‘phone version of the 'State of Minds' test resulted in some mobile players receiving incorrect scores.

Not all players were affected by the problem and anyone who was affected was contacted, via text, by the BBC to alert them to the problem. They also received a text giving their correct score and feedback.

The interactive 'red button' version of the test on the night of broadcast and the web version of the test were unaffected by this problem.

We apologise for this error which was rectified as soon as we became aware of it.
