Sallah na cikin ginshikan Musulunci guda biyar, inda kowane Musulmi mai hankali yake gudanar da salloli guda biyar a duk rana a matsayin wajibi.

Duk da cewa manufarta ta farko ita ce bauta ga Allah da neman yardarSa, malamai da masana sun bayyana cewa sallah tana tattare da hikimomi da ɗimbin amfani ga rayuwar ɗan’adam.

Yadda Sallah ta samo asali a Musulunci

Al-Khaddab ya rubuta takarda zuwa ga gwamnoninsa yana ce musu, lallai mafi muhimmancin lamurranku a wajena shi ne sallah domin wanda ya kiyaye sallah ya kiyaye addininsa. Wanda kuma ya tozarta sallah to cikin sauƙi zai tozarta wani abu da ba sallah ba," in ji shi.

Malamin ya ƙara da cewa a cikin gudanar da rayuwa ta yau da kullum, masana harkar lafiya da zamantakewa na ci gaba da gano hanyoyin da mutum zai bi domin kiyaye lafiyar jikinsa da ta hankalinsa.

"Sai dai ga musulmi, domin kuwa ibadar sallah da aka farlanta masa sau biyar a rana, ta ƙunshi dukkan waɗannan sinadarai na lafiya, tsafta, da natsuwa."

Ya ce bincike daga nassosin Alƙur'ani mai girma da hadisan Annabi Muhammad ya nuna cewa, sallah ba kawai domin cika shari'a ba ce, tana da alaƙa ta kai-tsaye da inganta rayuwar dan‘adam ta fuskoki da dama.

Ga manyan amfani guda biyar da sallah ke yi ga jiki, ruhi, da tsaftar mutum da sauransu.

Katangar kariya daga cututtuka

Sheikh Imran ya ce kasancewar kafin kowace sallah, musulmi yana tsarkake jikinsa ta hanyar alwala, ind ya ce wanke sassan jiki da ke yawan haɗuwa da ƙura da ƙwayoyin cuta na waje kamar hannu, baki, hanci, fuska, da ƙafafu aƙalla sau biyar a rana, babban gishirin kariya ne ga lafiya.

"Annabi Muhammad (S.A.W) ya fito da wannan fa'ida fili a cikin wani hadisi da Bukhari da Muslim suka rawaito, inda yake cewa: "Kuna gani da a ce akwai kogi a ƙofar gidan ɗayanku, yana yin wanka a cikinsa sau biyar a rana, shin wani abu na datti zai rage a jikinsa?" Suka ce: "Babu abin da zai rage." Sai ya ce: "Wannan shi ne misalin salloli biyar, Allah yana kankare zunubai da su."

Rage damuwa

A daidai lokacin da duniya ke fama da ƙaruwar matsalolin taɓuwar hankali da fargaba, Sheikh Imran ya ce sallah tana zama wata kafa ta musamman da ke yanke mutum daga hayaniyar duniya domin ya fuskanci Ubangijinsa.

"Wannan lokaci yana bai wa ƙwaƙwalwa hutu da natsuwa na musamman. Cikin Alƙur'ani mai girma, Allah Maɗaukakin Sarki ya nuna mana inda mafita take: "Ya ku waɗanda suka yi imani! Ku nemi taimako da yin haƙuri da kuma sallah..." (Suratul Bakara: 153)."

"Haka farin ciki da ake samu cikin sallah yakan sa Manzon Allah (S.A.W) cewa mai kiran sallarsa, Sayyadina Bilal: "Hutar da mu da ita (sallah) ya Bilal." (Abu Dawud).

Motsa jiki

Siffofin da ake aiwatarwa a lokacin sallah, tun daga tsayuwa da ruku'u da sujada har zuwa zama wani nau'i ne na motsa jiki.

Sheikh Imran ya ce masana kimiyya sun tabbatar da cewa waɗannan motsi suna taimakawa wajen shimfiɗa ko miƙar da tsokar jiki da ƙarfafa gwiwoyi da kuma kare ƙashin baya daga ciwuka.

"A cikin Suratul Fath, aya ta 29, Allah ya siffanta muminai da cewa: "Kana ganinsu suna masu ruku'u, suna masu sujada, suna neman falala daga Ubangijisu da yardarSa..." Lafiyar jiki da kuzari na daya daga cikin wannan falala ta rayuwa," in ji shi.

Inganta gudanar jini

Wani abun da Sheikh Imran ya ambata shi ne inganta zaryar jini zuwa ƙwaƙwalwa a yayin sujjada.

Malamin addinin ya ce a fannin lafiyar jiki, lokacin sujjada yana da matuƙar muhimmanci. Yayin da mutum ya karkata kansa zuwa ƙasa, matakin kansa yana kasancewa ƙasa da na zuciyarsa. Wannan yana bai wa jini damar kwarara da ƙarfi zuwa ƙwaƙwalwa, idanu, da fuska, wanda hakan ke ƙara kaifin tunani, rage ɗaukewar hankali, da wanke dattin da ke cikin jijiyoyin kai.

"Manzon Allah (S.A.W) ya bayyana cewa: "Mafi kusancin da bawa yake kasancewa ga Ubangijinsa shi ne lokacin da yake sujjada..." (Muslim). Wannan kusanci na ruhi yana tafiya kafaɗa-da-kafaɗa da inganta lafiya ga jiki."

Tsara agogon rayuwa

Sheikh Imran ya ce wani abu da sallah ke yi shi ne tsara agogon rayuwa (Biological Clock), domin a cewarsa sallah a kan lokutan da aka ayyana na taimakon jikin ɗan’adam wajen daidaita rayuwa da barci da a kimiyance ake kira Circadian Rhythm.

"Tashi da asuba, da raba ayyukan yini daban-daban da lokutan sallah, yana koyar da tarbiyyar lokaci, yana hana gajiya mai tsanani, kuma yana sa jiki ya kasance cikin shiri da kuzari a kowane bangare na rana. Kamar yadda Alkur'ani ya shaida: "Lallai sallah ta kasance akan muminai wajibi mai ƙayyadadden lokaci." (Suratun Nisa'i: 103)."

A taƙaice, sallah ba kawai hanyar samun lada ba ce a lahira; babban tsari ne na rayuwa da ke gyara lafiyar jiki, tsara hankali, da tabbatar da tsafta tun a nan duniya.

Yadda salloli ke inganta lafiya - Likita

Ya ce a wani bincike da aka gudanar a Jami'ar King Saud da ke Saudiyya, an kwatanta mutum 30 masu yin salloli biyar a kullum na tsawon shekara biyar da wasu 30 waɗanda ba sa kiyaye sallah.

"Sakamakon binciken ya nuna cewa masu kiyaye sallah sun fi samun ƙarfin jiki, da lafiyar jijiyoyi, tare da ƙarancin matsalolin amosanin gabobi idan aka kwatanta da waɗanda ba sa yin sallah."

Likitan ya ƙara da cewa a wasu binciken da aka gudanar, an nuna cewa sallah na zama tamkar magani ga ruhi.

"Tana taimakawa wajen gyara tunani da rage wasu matsalolin lafiya ba tare da amfani da magunguna ba. Misali, tana taimakawa wajen rage ciwon baya da na gabobi."

Ya ƙara da cewa wani bincike da aka wallafa a mujallar International Journal of Sport and Science ya nuna cewa sallah na da matuƙar amfani ga lafiyar jikin ɗan Adam.

"Sallah na kuma taimakawa wajen inganta lafiyar zuciya da jijiyoyi. Tsayuwar ruku'u da sujada da sauran motsin sallah suna kunna aikin jijiyoyin jiki tare da inganta zagayawar jini."

Likitan ya ƙara da idan mutum ya daɗe yana tsaye ko a zaune, yakan ji bayansa ya saki kuma ya samu sauƙi idan ya yi ruku'u da sujada.

"Hakan yana ƙara natsuwa, yana rage damuwa, tare da daidaita numfashi yayin yin kabbarar harama. Sallah na kuma taimakawa wajen rage ƙiba da nauyin jiki," in ji shi, sannan ya ƙara da da cewa zai yi kyau a haɗa ta da wasu atisaye.
