Quinnell an inspiration before 'biggest race'

Welsh runner Jake Heyward says Saturday's Commonwealth Games one-mile final will be the "biggest race this year".

With home favourites Jake Wightman and world-record holder Josh Kerr safely through too, Heyward expects an exciting contest - and says he has been inspired by former Wales rugby captain Scott Quinnell.
