RB Leipzig left it late to beat PSV Eindhoven as Brajan Gruda's thumping strike earned them their first Champions League win of the season.
After controlling a clearance, the German midfielder unleashed a curling effort from outside the area in the 75th minute that proved too powerful for Matej Kovar to keep out.
For PSV, the defeat will be difficult to digest after 37-year-old Ivan Perisic had his penalty saved by Maarten Vandevoordt in the 19th minute.
The spot-kick was controversially awarded after the video assistant referee (VAR) penalised Leipzig's Ridle Baku for handball while contesting an aerial ball.
There was little to separate the two sides in the second half, but Gruda's spectacular strike proved decisive as Leipzig claimed all three points.
PSV, meanwhile, have one point in the standings, but are still waiting for their first win against German opposition in the Champions League.
Leipzig next travel to Real Madrid on 21 October (20:00 BST), while PSV visit Porto 24 hours earlier.
