    I watched Mudryk on Tuesday at Honeycroft (Uxbridge FC) and whilst he was better than he was before his summer break; it will be weeks till he is Premier League match ready!

    The Chelsea manager has been gesturing a lot at his team as they struggle late in the half against Tottenham.

    They have been pushed right back though Roberto De Zerbi remains vocal and demanding from the touchline regardless of how well his team is playing.

    Tottenham don't make much of the set piece opportunity but settle into a period of possession as we approach the break.

    Mathys Tel rides a couple of challenges in the penalty box after a burst of pace gets him in a good position but Teddy Sharman-Lowe makes the save at his near post.

    A tough shot for Tel from a tight angle. Spurs have a corner.

    There was a spell under Ange when Solomon was on fire - I wouldn't be so quick to write him off and sell him. I think he could fit the De Zerbi winger mould.

    It's great to see Estevao fit again after a serious hamstring tear at the back end of last season. The injury ruled him out of this summer's World Cup with Brazil, which was a shame.

    Both goals have had an element of luck to them but it's been an entertaining game so far.

    Hasn't really felt like a pre-season game.

    Chelsea win the ball back deep in their own half and pile forwards.

    Cole Palmer sends it out wide to the left and Jamie Gittens whips the ball into the box. Estevao attacks the ball well and his header is tipped onto the post by Antonin Kinsky but drops inside the net into the bottom corner.

    Oops, live texter's curse?

    The space opens up for Spurs and it's cut back by Manor Solomon for Sandro Tonali, whose effort from range takes a wicked deflection and finds the bottom corner.

    Would it have gone in without the deflection? Either way, Teddy Sharman-Lowe could do nothing about it in the Chelsea goal.
