Wales Under-21 goalkeeper Kit Margetson has joined Manchester United after the Premier League giants agreed a compensation package with Swansea City.
Margetson's Swansea contract expired this summer and the 20-year-old announced earlier this month that he would be leaving the Championship club.
The Swans were entitled to a compensation fee for Margetson, who joined them at under-15 level, for the part they played in his development.
United have not specified the length of Margetson's contract at Old Trafford.
Margetson did not make a first-team appearance at Swansea, though he did play regular senior football during a loan spell with Connah's Quay Nomads last season.
Margetson's exit comes after his father Martyn left his role as Swansea's head of goalkeeping at the end the 2025-26 campaign.
