Nicoll goes from Winter Olympics to shot put

Five months on from her exploits in bobsleigh at the Winter Olympics, Adele Nicoll will compete in the Commonwealth Games shot put final.

Nicoll, a three-time British shot put champion, competed in the two-woman and monobob events at Milano-Cortina.

She says she is living her nine-year-old dream by representing Wales at the Games.
