Liverpool’s messy student streets?
In parts of Liverpool, student tenancies mean the population of some streets changes every year. But when the academic year ends, the clear-out can leave behind a problem — with furniture and rubbish often dumped outside properties. Now the council and universities are working to tackle the issue and reduce the impact on local neighbourhoods.
