After devastating floods in Nepal, families in the UK await news of 36 British nationals still missing. Humanitarian group, Khalsa Aid, reveal the challenges faced on the ground.

A week after devastating flash floods struck parts of Nepal and Tibet, families in the UK are still waiting for news of 36 missing British nationals.

Sixteen members of the South London Sanatan Mandir and Community Centre are among those unaccounted for. They had travelled on a pilgrimage to Mount Kailash before the floods devastated the region.

Amber Haque hears from the community facing an agonising wait, while BBC correspondent Azadeh Moshiri reports from one of Nepal’s worst-hit areas. Ravi Singh from international group Khalsa Aid reveals the challenges facing relief workers on the ground.
