| | | Keeping in touch with rural Devon |
| | It's a computer suite, radio studio and information centre rolled into one.
The Devon In Touch Roadshow is a free community service - and it's coming to a town or village near you. |
 | | | The Devon In Touch Roadshow is a free community service, in partnership with Devon County Council, which gives you the chance to brush up your computer skills and to learn the absolute basics about the internet.
It's also a mobile radio studio where BBC Radio Devon can meet you face to face, hear your stories and broadcast them live to the rest of the county.
Computer-phobes are particularly welcome on board - so don't be shy about coming along.
If you know someone who feels that the world of personal computers has passed them by - if RAM, megabytes and mother boards are a mystery - then that's exactly the kind of person who will enjoy the Roadshow.
This innovative community project is a partnership between BBC Radio Devon, Devon County Council and the Devon Fire and Rescue Service.
Those who visit the Roadshow will be able to find out about a whole range of Devon County Council Services.
The Roadshow will provide people in rural communities with much better access to the kind of help and information that can make a difference to their quality of life.
The state-of-the-art Roadshow vehicle will be visiting communities and events from September onwards.
