There are many different English Language exams. Before you go for your spoken test you should know the answers to the following questions.
  • How many candidates are there in the test?
  • How many examiners are there?
  • Does the examiner control the discussion?
  • Are you expected to take up the initiative?
  • Will you be given data or pictures to interpret?
  • Will you talk about your favourite topics?
  • In the test, who does what and when?
  • What do you have to do at each stage?

Check with your teacher or the syllabus or past papers to make sure you know exactly what will happen and when.
