Cornish Pirates have signed Australia Sevens winger Henry Palmer for the forthcoming Champ season.
The 22-year-old, who was born in Cambridge, has spent the past three years playing for the Wallabies' sevens programme.
He has also been part of the training squad for Perth-based Super Rugby side Western Force and has also spent time at Brumbies.
"Henry has all the attributes you would look for in a winger and certainly has the kind of pace you would expect from an international sevens player," joint head coach Gavin Cattle, told the club website.
"He's got a rounded game that will transfer well to 15's and has already demonstrated his versatility in the 15-a-side game in Australia.
"He's a student of the game and I'm confident he will be a valuable addition to the group."
