"I feel like I'm playing my best rugby right now, so hopefully I can continue that for the next three years here as well."
Qareqare made just one appearance for Castleford last season because of injury but has hit the ground running on his return in 2026.
Having formed a partnership with centre Krystian Mapapalangi, Qareqare has scored two hat-tricks within his 11-try haul for the season.
"He's had a breakout year and he's starting to get some real consistency and rhythm, which has been good for him," head coach Ryan Carr added.
"He's formed a great connection with Maps and we know he will continue to develop and improve as a player, which is exciting for us a club."
