Midfielder Melker Widell hopes Sweden boss Graham Potter's Swansea City connections will lead to an international recall.
Widell, 24, already has one Sweden cap but has so far not been called up by ex-Swansea boss Potter.
Widell has helped Swansea's surge to the top of the Championship under head coach Vitor Matos this season.
