Wigan Athletic defender Llyton Chapman has agreed a new three-year contract.
The 20-year-old made his professional debut in February against Stockport County and played nine times in League One last season, before sustaining a knee injury that required surgery.
"It has felt like home since the day I arrived, and I believe it is the perfect place to continue my development," Chapman said.
"The club has shown a lot of faith in me, and I am really determined to repay everyone."
