Olympian Jones to face Bathory for Misfits 'title'

Two-time Olympic taekwondo champion Jade Jones will fight Sheena Bathory for the Misfits super middleweight title in Newcastle on 12 September.
Jones, 33, has won both her fights since switching to boxing, including a brutal stoppage of Argentine combat sports influencer Federikita in June.
Hungarian MMA fighter Bathory, 34, beat Tina Snows on the same bill in Manchester, on the undercard of Tommy Fury versus former World's Strongest Man Eddie Hall.
After Jones' victory, Bathory - who won her debut fight with a first round knockout - climbed into the ring to tell the Welsh fighter, "I'm coming for you for my next fight".
Jones replied, "Definitely".
The pair will meet on the undercard of Jordan McCann v Big Stacks at the Utilita Arena.
Misfits was set up by influencer KSI in 2021 to promote sports entertainment and is not one of the recognised world sanctioning bodies.
