Guernsey are traditionally one of the larger teams at the Island Games

Guernsey's team for the 2027 Island Games could be double the size of last year's contingent.
The island may send around 280 athletes to the Faroe Islands next summer, having cut back their squad for Orkney a year ago.
Representatives from the competing islands are currently in the Faroes looking at venues and accommodation options for next year's Games.
Guernsey came third in the medal table last summer, behind Channel Island rivals Jersey and the table-topping Faroe Islands.

"We're currently looking at about 280," Guernsey team manager Karen Archenoul told BBC Radio Guernsey about the size of next year's team.
"We'll have representation across all sports, although when we come back from our Faroes meeting that may change depending on accommodation offerings."
Guernsey's team has been bolstered by the return of a number of team sports to the event - basketball and volleyball are back while Guernsey is also planning to compete in football having pulled out in 2025.
"We normally are one of the biggest teams - and football, basketball and volleyball are back in as well, which is fantastic for the Games, but logistically it's adding probably 100 people to our team for that," added Archenoul.
"So that makes it a little bit challenging for us to get off island altogether as well, but fantastic for Team Guernsey and for the Island Games."
