| | | | | | Title: Aftermath John Bradshaw now lives just outside Lymington in Hampshire. Back in 1944, as a Royal Naval Volunteer Reserve, he found himself working as an electrical officer on board a ship destined for Normandy. Having dropped troops off for the assault on the beaches, his role changed as the first of the casualties came back - the memories have stayed with him ever since.
