BBC Carleton Hobbs Bursary Award 2012 Winners
The 2012 Carleton Hobbs' bursaries have been awarded to:

ELEANOR CROOKS (Arts Educational Schools)
STEPHANIE RACINE (Bristol Old Vic Theatre School)
WILL HOWARD (Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama)
ADAM NAGAITIS (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art)


They will join the Radio Drama Company on Saturday 21st July 2012.

Four other finalists are this year's runners-up - and each of them will be cast as a freelance actor in one of our autumn/winter productions:

EMMA HOOK (Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts)
KATHERINE PEARCE (Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama)
BRIAN FENTON (Oxford School of Drama)
JOSHUA SILVER (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art)

Nineteen accredited Drama schools and colleges took part - a total of 76 students.

Chaired by Marion Nancarrow, Executive Producer Radio Drama, the judges comprised Sasha Yevtushenko, Craig Sills, Nikki Amuka-Bird and Rebecca Wilmshurst.

Hearty congratulations to all finalists and especially to Eleanor, Stephanie, Adam and Will with whom we look forward to working in the summer.
