Andy Burnham has told the BBC "the NHS will collapse" if social care is not reformed. Kemi Badenoch says the new PM must rule out tax rises or increasing borrowing to fund such reforms. Mr Burnham is due to make a speech on adult social care on Wednesday, where he’s expected to say he’s speeding up the Casey Commission, an independent review that has been considering possible solutions for social care.
