Stuart Burt is an assistant referee from Northampton. He has officiated on over 500 Premier League games and is off to officiate in his second World Cup. He's also a massive Northampton Town fan and tells Annabel Amos and Jake Sharpe that he will be dividing his time in the US between refereeing duties and trying to figure out who the Cobblers have signed.
