We know that music can have the power to change our moods, patients in hospitals in Southampton and parts of Dorset are also getting to experience how music can improve their health. Teams of musicians from Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra have been leading music-making sessions as well as performances to patients. BBC Radio Solent has been along to one of their sessions at Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, and Steve Harris has been speaking to Lucy Warren, the Head of BSO Participate at Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
