Rab Lennox and Willie Hill present BBC Radio Ulster’s weekly Ulster-Scots magazine show. This week – in what happens to be the 400th edition of the show – there’s a special report from the 26th Northern Ireland International Open Accordion Championships. Held earlier this month in Templepatrick, the event - very much a family affair – attracted 170 entries and is the largest accordion festival in the British Isles. It attracted musicians from all over Ireland, England, Germany, Scotland and Wales. Rab and Willie took it all in – chatting to musicians, organisers and families, enjoying great music and craic! As always, listeners are invited to contact the programme with a good Ulster-Scots yarn or event to talk about. The easiest way to do that is by email – helen.mark@bbc.co.uk
