A look at the plans of Reform UK to scrap Staffordshire County Council's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion policies. The council, which is now led by Reform, has unveiled an action plan which, for now, is still just a political position, and not yet council policy. BBC Radio Stoke's Stuart George talks to Council leader, Martin Murray, about the proposals - and hears about the potential issues they could face, if they are to carry them out.
