When will I receive my tickets?

When you apply for tickets, your application is added to a waiting list.

Tickets are normally allocated from around three weeks before the recording. However, some shows are advertised much closer to the recording date. In these cases, we'll let you know whether you've been successful as soon as possible after you apply.

How tickets are allocated

Random draw

For shows allocated by random draw, tickets are issued after the advertised closing date.

First come, first served

For shows allocated on a first come, first served basis, we may begin issuing tickets before the audience is full. We'll continue allocating tickets as applications are received until the show reaches capacity.

Last-minute tickets

If tickets become available because of cancellations or additional capacity, we may issue tickets right up to the day of the recording.

We know that short-notice tickets aren't always practical, but we'd rather offer every available seat to someone on the waiting list than leave it empty. If you're unable to use tickets issued at short notice, we completely understand.

If you receive a text message on the day of the recording confirming you've been allocated tickets, but your ticket email hasn't arrived in time, please bring the text message along with a form of photo ID.
