We have released a brand-new ticket design that better matches our website and makes important information easier to find at a glance.

This ticket provides a simpler way for you to let us know whether or not you are able to use your tickets, helping us make sure as many seats as possible are filled by audience members who can attend.

Step 1:

If your application is successful, you'll receive an email confirming your tickets and providing all the key information you need about the recording.

Within this email, you'll be able to quickly let us know whether:

•            You're able to attend, or

•            You no longer need your tickets

** This is different from the email you receive when you apply for tickets, which is simply a confirmation of your ticket request **

Step 2:

Once you've confirmed you're able to come along to the recording, you'll receive a second email containing your tickets and QR codes.

This is the email you'll need to bring with you on the day of the recording.

We'll also be sending reminder emails ahead of recordings, so you have all the information you need before your visit.

The email address your tickets come from will be changing to bbcshowsandtours@shows.bbc.co.uk.

Please note - This is the same address we already use to send information about Shows and Events.
