Tickets are sent by email.
If you provided a mobile number when you applied, we'll also send you a text message as soon as your tickets have been allocated. Your ticket email should arrive shortly afterwards.
Where possible, we encourage you to display your tickets on a smartphone or tablet. If you prefer to print your tickets, please print the entire document, not just the page containing the QR codes.
Each ticket contains a unique QR code, which will be scanned when you arrive at the recording.
If you applied by phone and don't have an email address, we can arrange for your tickets to be sent by post instead.
