If you have received a wheelchair ticket for one of our shows or events and are no longer able to use it, you can let us know by calling 0370 901 1227* and selecting option 1 and then option 2 which will take you to one of our advisors who will be able to cancel the ticket on your behalf. 

You can either cancel all your tickets, or just your wheelchair ticket.

We will then be able to re-allocate your ticket/tickets to someone else on the waiting list.
