Nepal survivor describes escaping flash floods

The flash floods which hit the Nepal-Tibet border region last month brought instant devastation and wrecked havoc, as water and rocks stormed down the river valleys. It wiped out houses and destroyed infrastructure, killing 1,400 people. 6,000 still remain unaccounted for. Sanjay Sah, a mechanical foreman was trapped in a tunnel for nine days and tells us how he survived and of his eventual rescue.

The International Committee of the Red Cross says the rules of the Geneva Convention are increasingly being flouted.

And after police in South Africa confirm the discovery of a ninth woman's body in just two months, we speak to a close friend of one of the women found.
