Kettlebell-carrying fundraiser battles "outrageous" heat
A man carrying two 20kg kettlebell weights on a 110-mile fundraising walk battles through temperatures close to 30C (86F).
Dan Kirkman's route will take him from Maesbury to Manchester where he plans to run a 10k race at the Great Manchester Run, still carrying the weights.
His efforts are in aid of Cancer Research in honour of his late father.
BBC Radio Shropshire's Mark Elliott got the latest as he arrived in Cheshire.
