BHS is the 'canary in the coal mine'
A damning MPs' report has found Sir Philip Green, the billionaire former owner of BHS, extracted large sums and left the business on "life support".
Baroness Altmann spent the last year as minister for pensions and told Shaun Ley that regulators would be looking into the broader issue of employers and purchasers who believe that pension debt "doesn't really count".
