Fraud is "most common crime"
Fraud is now the "most common" type of crime in England and Wales, and most of the offences are to do with bank accounts and those flexible pieces of plastic.
Home Office Minister for policing Brandon Lewis tells Mark Mardell that although the government is spending nearly 2 billion pounds on cyber security, we all should be "more careful about our personal financial information".
