Everest: Pushing the Limits

Following adaptive athlete Ollie Thorn as he attempts to be the first person to handcycle to Everest base camp. Ollie broke more than 40 bones and his spinal cord when he was involved in a motorbike accident in 2012. Since then, Ollie has competed in professional downhill sit-skiing and handcycled from London to Paris. This latest 435-mile attempt through the Himalayas at high altitude and in extreme weather conditions is his toughest challenge yet.
