Wales' performance in international tests for 15-year-olds has fallen further behind other UK nations. Thousands of students sit PISA tests every three years, measuring pupils' performance in maths, science and reading compared to other countries. Wales has fallen, but teenagers' reading skills are also falling around the world. The tests have shown that in a decade, around two school years have been lost. Looking at the state of education in Wales and the world... Why has this happened, and is there someone or something to blame?

Mothers have described being left to recover from caesarean sections with "no support" as the number of babies being born via C-sections reaches its highest rate on record. Latest figures show 42% of babies in Wales were born by C-section last year, with just over half of those operations being emergencies. The Welsh government have said that every woman should receive high-quality postnatal care tailored to her needs. We want to hear about your birth stories and the support you received. And finally, it’s 60 years since Star Trek: The Original Series made its television debut, which has grown into one of entertainment’s most enduring franchises. There have been 11 television series, 14 films and more than 900 episodes. So, what does Star Trek mean to you?
