Christine Lampard: Grandma's Spotty Apron

Christine Lampard joins Dilly Carter and they unpack a sentimental life filled with family memories, Christine’s love of motherhood and fulfilled childhood dreams.

Dilly is joined by a friend who she calls “the nicest person in TV”, Christine Lampard.

Christine brings in three items from home for Dilly Carter to unpack – her gran’s apron from her Northern Irish childhood, some treasured items from her kids’ early years, and the dress she wore the night she met Frank.

Christine opens up her deeply sentimental world shaped by family, motherhood and a lifelong love of keeping hold of little memories.

She takes a trip down memory lane and reflects on making her dreams come true working behind the camera in TV, then becoming a daytime TV star, and not to mention her very first date with Frank – which involved her mum and sister!

But with so many joyful moments to remember, can Dilly help Christine find a way to stay on top of things when every scribble drawn by the kids feels too meaningful to let go?

Sort Your Life Out Unpacked is hosted by tidying expert Dilly Carter. In each episode, Dilly chats to a celebrity guest and unboxes three mystery objects from their home that reveal what is really important to them. At the end, Dilly asks her guest whether they are going to keep, donate or recycle any of the items and, along the way, we learn how to organise and sort our own lives out.
