Matt Tebbutt shares a delicious tasting menu from Saturday Kitchen chefs.
Maria Elia serves up pulled duck burgers with an apple, peach and ouzo slaw and duck fat popcorn. Tony Singh rustles up langoustine en papillote with a honey, lime and ginger dressing and blanched asparagus and Jersey Royals on the side.
To celebrate Britain’s love of a picnic, Matt has three variants on sausage rolls! From simple herbs to Mexican spices. Mandy Yin brings her Malaysian chicken curry and the flakiest flatbreads before Julius Roberts cooks his courgette cavatelli.
Olly Smith touts the virtues of chardonnay, and Paloma Faith tucks into either her food heaven, Spanish fish stew, or her food hell, beetroot pithivier.
Meanwhile, Rick Stein goes fishing for bass in Jersey, and the Hairy Bikers explore the fragrant benefits of bergamot.
