Born in 1998 in Luton, Myles Smith grew up listening to a mixture of church music, motown and R&B, starting to play music at school during his lunch breaks. He went to Nottingham University to study sociology, also working in a supermarket and performing music in his spare time. In 2022, his TikTok videos were spotted by music manager Eric Parker, who went on to sign Myles. He released the global hit Stargazing in 2024, which has hit over a billion streams, and in 2025, he was nominated for three BRIT Awards, including winning the Rising Star Award. He has played live across the world, including huge tours with Ed Sheeran, and next month releases his highly anticipated debut album My Mess, My Heart, My Life, followed by a headline arena tour in the autumn.
