Changing your mind and marathon mania!
Lauren Layfield and Shanequa Paris help hack your life to make it better.
Lauren Layfield and Shanequa Paris get deep into marathon season with the Manchester Marathon kicking things off and the iconic London Marathon just around the corner, but not all marathons involve running 26.2 miles.
We want to know: what’s your marathon right now? Maybe you’re revising for exams, trying to finally pass your driving test, or committing to a full binge of the Marvel Cinematic Universe before the next Spider-Man film drops. Whatever your long haul looks like, we’re celebrating the commitment, the setbacks, and the small wins that keep you going!
Plus we’re talking all about change - and why it’s completely okay to rethink things. From big life decisions to everyday opinions, what happens when you realise you’ve outgrown your old mindset? Maybe you went from veggie to meat-eater, swore you’d never have kids and now feel differently, or changed career paths completely. This hour, we’re unpacking the freedom (and sometimes fear) that comes with changing your mind. We’ll be joined by author Shahroo Izadi, who’ll be helping us understand why we evolve - and why that’s no bad thing.
