Continuing Ada Leverson's witty social comedy set in early 20th century London.
Bruce Ottley headed off to America with widow Madame Frabelle. But he found life with her to be less than idyllic, and decides to return to England.
However, his wife Edith, is all set to marry the love of her life - Aylmer Ross. She takes pity on her former husband who now cuts rather a pathetic figure, and allows him into the spare room. How on earth can she tell Aylmer?
